Shipping & Returns Policy

The Krimson Standard Inc.


Shipping Policy

All products sold by The Krimson Standard Inc. are custom-made to order. Production and processing time is 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders will not ship until production is complete.

Unless otherwise requested by the customer prior to fulfillment, all orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping transit times vary by destination and carrier performance and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Krimson Standard Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Shipping rates may be calculated based on weight and destination. All weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound in accordance with carrier policies.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, The Krimson Standard Inc. does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference

  • Design approval

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the item is produced specifically for them and cannot be resold.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details prior to checkout.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, the customer must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, the customer must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for review. Approved claims will be resolved at the sole discretion of The Krimson Standard Inc., which may include replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with The Krimson Standard Inc., the customer agrees to contact us directly to resolve any issues prior to filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks for:

  • Custom-made items

  • Final sale items

  • Carrier delays

  • Size or preference issues

will be considered fraudulent disputes and may result in:

  • Permanent order cancellation

  • Account blacklisting

  • Submission of order documentation to the payment processor

We retain all production records, order confirmations, policy acknowledgments, and shipping documentation to dispute chargebacks when necessary.


Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse Service

The Krimson Standard Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Policy violations

If an order is canceled prior to production, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
